Who we are

Information we collect

We collect only the information you choose to give us when you:

• send an enquiry through the contact form (name, email, organization, topic and message);
• join the LW Academy waitlist (name, email, phone, organization, country, state, areas of interest, preferred learning format, experience level and newsletter choice);
• subscribe to the Leading Wings Brief (email address);
• contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp.

If analytics is enabled, we also collect anonymous usage statistics such as pages visited and device type.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry or request.
• To tell you when LW Academy courses and programmes open, and to plan courses around demand.
• To send the Leading Wings Brief, only if you asked to receive it.
• To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and forms (for example, form processing, email and analytics providers), and only as needed to provide those services, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purpose you shared it for, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and other applicable laws, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, withdraw consent, or object to how we use it. Email info@leadingwings.org and we will respond promptly.

Unsubscribing

Every newsletter includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also email us to be removed.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
